The Officers and Members of UA Local 441 would like to welcome you to our website where you can find a great deal of information about us. We currently have over 1380 members and continue to grow. Our 100+ signatory contractors appreciate having such a skilled labor force and utilize our members in plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, and welding on jobs ranging from residential homes and small businesses to large hospitals and nuclear power plants. Please visit our Contractor tab for information on our local and national contractors.

Local 441 apprentices accumulate 1,400 hours of classroom instruction plus 10,000 hours of on-the-job training during our five year apprenticeship program. In addition to the various craft related training, mandatory safety training is required in Hazwoper, Hazardous Communication, OSHA 10, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, Welding Safety, Lead & Asbestos Awareness, Climbing Safety, and Trenching & Excavation Safety just to mention a few.
